Job summary

Private Advertiser in Central, Hong Kong is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily operations at a Champagne & Cocktail Bar. Working hours are 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, about 10 hours daily, with six days off per month and some overtime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in bartending or bar operations, is fluent in English, and is punctual, reliable, and able to commit long-term. You will work independently at the bar and deliver excellent customer service.
