Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. The Bartender will manage day-to-day bar operations, greeting guests, serving food and beverages with a professional attitude, and maintaining a clean, orderly bar and dining area.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, the role reports to the Bar Manager. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly valued in this hospitality landmark known for luxury service and guest experience.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Bartender is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar and to assists the Bar Manager.The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude
• Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
