Job summary
ConnectedSolutions, in partnership with an international bank, seeks a Transformation Consultant on a 1-year contract to lead digital, data and AI transformation initiatives. You will drive discovery, map processes, and design customer journeys across business, technology and UX/UI teams.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years in business analysis, product ownership, PM, or transformation consulting in financial services.
- Experience in consulting/consultancy environments is required.
- Strong process mapping, optimization, and service design experience; data/AI/automation exposure is a plus.
- Excellent English communication; fluency in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Map and improve customer journeys, business processes, and service experiences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, Business, AI, and Technology teams to design and deliver solutions.
- Support digital, data, AI, and automation initiatives that improve outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders and drive projects from discovery to delivery.
