Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. is seeking a capable leader to spearhead intelligent transformation of our remote banking and customer service platforms. You will oversee requirements, develop PRDs, and drive end-to-end project lifecycles for scalable digital solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a background in IT/Banking with strong stakeholder communication across departments and fluency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Collaborative teamwork and high adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in remote banking/contact center system implementation.
• Strong ability to create requirement prototypes and PRDs.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the digital and AI-driven transformation of remote banking/customer service centers.
• Identify business pain points, translate them into system requirements, and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for remote systems.
• Design and deliver training programs for system functionalities and ongoing technical support.
• Drive iterative improvements to systems focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.
