Job summary

Bank of Communications Trustee Limited is seeking a Contract Associate (Fresh Graduate Welcome) to support daily fund operations, including Unit Trust processing, trade settlements and basic accounting tasks. The role offers exposure to core banking operations and process improvements.

The ideal candidate is a recent finance or accounting graduate, proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua a must), and available to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in banking operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations such as Unit Trust/ trade settlement/ accounting for funds.
• Handle daily order processing, data entry and product master updates.
• Carry out various clerical support among the department.
• Participate in system enhancement and conversion projects.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
