Job summary
AT Global Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Settlement Officer (Fresh Graduate Welcomed) to assist in daily treasury operations and reconciliation under supervision. Reporting to Assistant Manager, the Treasury Officer position involves daily operations, reconciliation, and preparation of reports, along with other
Qualifications
- Non-degree tertiary education, associate degree holder or equivalent
- Proficient in numeric analysis and time management
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup and Pivot table) and Chinese word processing
- Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in both daily treasury operations and reconciliation
- Ensure the smoothness of daily tasks
- Prepare daily and monthly treasury reports and other administrative duties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
