Job summary

AVISTA Valuation Advisory Limited is offering a graduate trainee program in Hong Kong. The role centers on day-to-day operations including trade booking, settlement, cash management, and reconciliation, with exposure to onboarding and client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Finance or related major required.
• Undergraduate or graduate students and fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with SFC mutual funds and private funds advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day operations tasks including but not limited to trade booking, settlement, cash management and reconciliation.
• Handle account onboarding process and clients’ daily inquiries.
• Liaise with fund administrators/Fund House or counterparties for account opening and due diligence.
• Coordinate with product team for funds product onboarding and setup.
• Contribute to systems enhancement and operations workflow improvement and participate in UAT.
• Ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by your manager.

Requirement:

University major in Finance or related major;

Understand KYC process with Financial Institution;

Current undergraduate or graduate students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, familiar with SFC mutual funds and private funds will be advantages;

Self-driven and detail-oriented person, good communication skills;

Fast Learner and good team player with high level of commitment；

Proficiency in Excel, macro, VBA preferred;

Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.

Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start with internship.
