Job summary

Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced archival management professional to oversee coordination, standardization and compliance across the bank's document lifecycle.

The role involves handling official documents, reviewing regulatory formats, and supporting internal stakeholders with economic and financial information, while driving departmental digital transformation projects and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with handling official bank documents.
• Familiar with banking operations and organizational structure with good business acumen.
• Strong writing skills in English and Chinese with ability to draft letters, memos and reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute archival management coordination and standardization; provide guidance and conduct inspections.
• Handle receipt, dispatch, follow-up, storage, and archiving of bank-level official documents; review regulatory document formats.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing economic and financial information; provide advice to internal stakeholders.
• Organize and execute departmental digital transformation initiatives.
• Assistant department and team administrative tasks.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and report progress on time.
