Job summary

Public Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Credit Administration Officer to prepare and review loan documents, ensuring compliance with HKMA regulations. The role requires coordinating with solicitors and marketing units for smooth credit administration operations.

Candidates with conveyancing experience or fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for strong MS Office skills and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Secondary education with minimum 2 years of credit administration experience
• Candidate with conveyancing experience in legal firm will also be considered
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Hands-on experience in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documents to ensure the approved credit facilities are strictly complying with the credit rules and regulations issued by HKMA and authorities
• Liaise with solicitor / marketing units to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work
