You will handle daily internal and external communications in Chinese and English, respond to client inquiries promptly, and collaborate with the investment team on administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes and compliance with KYC/AML standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines.
• 3 years or more related working experience.
• Attention to details, strong sense of confidentiality and risk awareness.
• Familiar with business email etiquette in both Chinese and English.
• Knowledge of corporate account opening procedures, compliance standards (KYC/AML) and financial investments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate account opening, document review, appointment scheduling for account setup and compliance management.
• Handle daily internal and external business communications; respond to emails from clients, departments, and other parties in both Chinese and English in a professional and timely manner; follow up on and resolve various business inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with the team to handle administrative and operational tasks related to the investment business, ensure smooth business processes, and complete other assignments delegated by supervisors.
