Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is inviting applications for the 2027 Campus Recruitment as a Customer Services Officer. The role is full-time and based at our branches in Hong Kong, requiring fresh graduates with a strong sales and service mindset and excellent English/Chinese communication, Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities include handling counter operations, inquiries, and documentation, plus promoting products and referring clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fresh graduates who graduate (or will graduate) between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027 without any full-time work experience after graduation.
• Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Responsible with strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily counter operations, customer inquiries and documentation tasks at the branches.
• Conduct product selling and client referral as required.
