OCBC in Hong Kong seeks an operations professional to process inward and outward clearing transactions, including cheque clearing, CCASS, FINI, direct debit and direct credit activities.

You will verify, reconcile, and generate data for HKICL/HKSCC, liaise with internal teams, and support UAT and post-implementation activities. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

• Form 6 (HKDSE pass) or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Process inward and outward clearing transactions, including clearing returns.
• Handle cheque clearing, CCASS, FINI, direct debit and direct credit activities.
• Perform verification, validation, data entry and reconciliation of clearing items.
• Generate and submit clearing data, image and return files to HKICL.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within HKICL/HKSCC cut-off times.
• Liaise with internal departments and branches on clearing enquiries.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
• Support UAT, operational readiness, procedure review and post-implementation activities.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Process inward and outward clearing transactions, including clearing returns.
• Handle cheque clearing, CCASS, FINI, direct debit and direct credit activities.

Academic Qualifications

Form 6 (HKDSE pass) or above.

Working Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry.

Technical / PC Skills

Proficient in general PC applications.

Language

Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Others

Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills. Self-motivated with detail mind.
