Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a diligent Mailroom/Operations Assistant to process and distribute postal mail, coordinate courier services, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will monitor SLAs, prepare daily reports, and collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in operations or admin.
  • Diploma or above with strong organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented, quality focused, and results driven.
  • Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process, sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing postal mail.
  • Coordinate courier and delivery services (DHL, SF Express, and other local providers).
  • Monitor inventory levels of operational supplies and maintain records.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and service performance records.
  • Track and monitor SLAs to ensure service standards are met.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues within established turnaround times.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process, sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing postal mail in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate and manage courier and delivery services, including DHL, SF Express, and other local courier providers.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of operational supplies and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and service performance records.
  • Track and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly within established turnaround times.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and service providers.
Job Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
