Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited invites you to join our Investment Operations team. You will perform order management and settlement for equities, bonds, unit trusts, structured products, and related investment activities within Bank systems.

You will operate custodian platforms, prepare dealing forms, handle subscriptions and settlements, generate reports, and support cash and reconciliation tasks. A collaborative, compliant environment awaits with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above required.
• 1–2 years working experience in financial institutions desired.
• Knowledge of equities and fixed income is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform order management and settlement of investment products (Equities, Bond, Unit Trust, Structured Products, SDS and Foreign Stock).
• Operate custodian platforms for order settlement (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear).
• Prepare dealing forms for fund houses and handle subscription/settlement tasks.
• Handle monthly investment plans for stocks and unit trusts; manage IPO subscriptions.
• Prepare statistics reports and reconcile monthly statements; assist UAT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform order management and settlement of different investment products which include Equities, Bond, Unit Trust, Structured Products, SDS and Foreign Stock in Bank systems (e.g. ibroker, T24, IVS, CBS)
• Operate custodian platform for order settlement (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear)
• Prepare dealing forms to fund houses
• Handle Stock and UT monthly investment plan
• Handle IPO stock / bonds subscription and settlement tasks
• Handle Physical Share Deposit and Withdrawal
• Prepare statistic reports
• Handle payment instructions
• Conduct cash transaction voucher
• Reconciliation monthly statement and reports
• Handle Branch enquiries and follow up
• Attend system training, prepare SOP and assist UAT project

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate Degree or above
• At least 1-2 years working experience in financial institutions
• Has product knowledge of equities and fixed income
• Good knowledge of PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
