Job summary

Pure Search is seeking a Bancassurance Business Development Manager for a well established life insurance company, to strengthen the distribution network through banca partners in Hong Kong. You will build relationships with bank partners, provide product updates and training, and support operations to ensure smooth inquiries and performance against KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in insurance sales, experience coaching bank frontline staff, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance sales.
• Experience coaching bank frontline staff is advantageous.
• English and Chinese communication skills.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 and 3 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with bank partners, sales directors, and branch sales teams to drive performance in case volume and KPIs.
• Provide product updates, training sessions, and operations support to bank partners and answer inquiries.
• Monitor weekly sales momentum and provide targeted coaching to enhance productivity.
• Provide seamless support for application processing and organize or participate in branch-level sales events.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with bank partners, sales directors, and branch sales teams to drive performance in case volume, ANP, and various KPIs for the assigned branches.


• Work closely with bank partners, including providing product updates, training sessions, and operations support, and answering their inquiries related to the insurance business.


• Monitor weekly sales momentum and provide targeted coaching to enhance productivity.


• Provide seamless support for application processing, resolve operational queries, and collaborate on organizing or participating in branch-level sales events.

Requirements

• Ideally 6+ years of experience in insurance sales within insurance companies, banks, or brokerage firms.


• Candidates with experience coaching bank frontline sales staff will have a strong advantage.


• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.


• Possession of Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 and 3 licenses is highly preferred.
