Job summary

Additel Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Singapore-based Sales Manager to oversee local sales and manage sales channels across Southeast and South Asia. The role is based in Ang Mo Kio and requires a full-time commitment with a monthly salary plus commission.

The position involves developing distributors, promoting products, providing quotations, and on-site installation support. Significant travel across Southeast Asia for distributor and customer visits and events is expected.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for local sales in Singapore: customer and channel development, quotations, and on-site installation support.
• Channel management in Southeast and South Asia: maintain existing distributors, develop new ones, train sales channels.
• Travel frequently within Southeast Asia for distributor and customer visits, trade shows, and events.
• Present monthly work reports to management.

Additel is one of the leading worldwide providers of process calibration tools. We are dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and delivering the highest quality handheld test tools and portable calibrators for process and calibration industries. We are currently seeking a Singapore-based Sales Manager to oversee local sales in Singapore as well as sales channel management across Southeast and South Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local sales in Singapore: customer and channel development, solution design, product promotion, quotation, and on-site installation and commissioning
• Channel Management in Southeast and South Asia: managing existing distributors, developing new distributors, sales channel training, and sales performance management
• Majority of the time is spent on business trips in Southeast and South Asia for distributor and customer visits, trade show and event support
• Presenting Monthly Work Reports to Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of overseas sales channel management experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India and other countries per request)
• Team player with initiative and strong communication skills
• Outgoing and love to travel.
