Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates while implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with banking/financial services experience, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, banking/financial services experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and tech.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.

Who you are?

  • At least 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, banking and/or FI experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
