Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong invites a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units, develop strategies to attract top talent, and partner with hiring managers to define requirements.

With a degree in HR or related field and 8+ years in recruitment (banking/financial services preferred), you will build relationships, optimize processes, and analyze recruitment metrics. We offer a competitive base salary and holistic benefits.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
