Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Technical Support Officer I to set up and rig sound and audio/visual equipment for operational and technical services in our HK office. The role requires performing simple operational duties independently and assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance and installations of AV systems.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Audio Engineering or related fields, or Secondary 5 with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Audio Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Secondary 5 with 1 year relevant experience in audio/visual equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and rig system equipment and facilities for operational and technical services.
• Carry out simple operational duties independently when required.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance and installation of system, equipment and facilities.
