Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for Sound and Audio/Video Equipment in Hong Kong. You will lead or work independently to maintain dedicated electronic systems and support new project upgrades.

You will manage resources, ensure quality of sound and video outputs, and advise on operational improvements. Requirements include degrees in Electronic/ Electrical/ Audio Eng etc with 2+ years or diplomas with 5 years or Secondary 5 with 6 years, and willingness to perform irregular

Qualifications

Degree or diploma with required years of experience in operation and maintenance of sound/AV equipment or digital media equipment.
Willing to perform irregular shift duties.

Responsibilities

Lead a team or work independently in preventive and corrective maintenance of dedicated electronic systems.
Implement projects for upgrading and enhancement of existing systems or for new requirements.
Assist in management of resources, such as store keeping and petty cash custody.
Control and manage the quality of sound and video programme outputs.
Provide advice and recommendations to solve operational problems and improve service quality.
