Job summary

EY’s Talent Development and Learning team in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee Assurance learning courses and collaborate with consultants across Greater China. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating a suite of learning interventions to build capabilities within a hybrid working environment.

You will coordinate design and delivery, promote learning standards, and implement AI/CI initiatives while liaising with external vendors and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• University graduate with minimum 6 years of related working experience and strong technical capabilities related to auditing and accounting.
• Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide pragmatic solutions to business needs.
• Demonstrate progressive learning techniques using digital tools and learning models supporting a hybrid learning and working environment.
• Strong track record in execution of L&D interventions is preferred.
• Ideally with experience in course designing, delivery, facilitation and evaluation.
• Excellent team player and active listener with the ability to respond to and develop the ideas of others.
• Sophisticated relationship‑builder, credible, influential and professional with senior leaders.
• Experience of supervising staff and managing relationships with external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Assurance learning courses and work with talent development consultants on firmwide learning courses across EY Greater China.
• Coordinate design, delivery and evaluation of assurance curriculum; promote consistent learning standards and quality of learning solutions.
• Facilitate the design process with subject matter experts and resources; review courses/products/materials/technology relevant to the practice.
• Design or coordinate high-quality learning interventions in various delivery environments (e-Learning, ILT, virtual classroom).
• Collect and analyze course evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the implementation of AI and CI programs to build Assurance professionals with AI/CI confidence and future-ready capabilities.
• Support milestones and key learning events across Greater China; collaborate with leadership development consultants.
• Act as a change agent to promote new learning design and delivery methods; liaise with external vendors.
