Job summary

Kody is a fast-growing FinTech company focused on revolutionising online payment solutions for mid-to-large businesses. We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support end-to-end hiring across Hong Kong, the UK and beyond, focusing on front-line, business development and technical roles.

You will help with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination, while collaborating with the senior TA team on projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting fintech/FinTech/SaaS is highly preferred.
• Experience with ATS like Workable or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for frontline, business development, and high-volume technical roles across Hong Kong, the UK and other countries as required.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screening, and coordinate candidate schedules across hiring teams.
• Assist senior TA team with stakeholder meetings, hiring metrics, and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage vendor records.

Kody is a fast growing Fintech company focused on revolutionising online payment solutions and financial services for mid-to-large businesses.

In this role,you will play a key part in assisting with recruitment for front-line,business development,and technical positions within the fast-growing Payment/FinTech/SaaS sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations & Support:Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-to-mid-level front-line, business development,and high-volume technical roles across Hong Kong, UK and other countries where company may require.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Outreach:Identify and engage candidates through various recruitment platforms,social networks,and internal databases using basic sourcing techniques.
• Industry Focus:Support hiring efforts focused specifically on the technology,FinTech,and SaaS industries.
• Candidate Screening & Coordination:Review incoming resumes against role requirements,conduct initial phone/video screening interviews,and coordinate candidate schedules across hiring teams.
• Business Partnering Support:Assist senior TA team members in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings,tracking hiring metrics,and organising pipeline updates for business leaders.
• Process Enhancement & Projects:Support ongoing improvements to the regional and global recruitment workflow,and participate in HR ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Agency & Vendor Administration:Help coordinate with external recruitment agencies,maintain vendor records,and track active candidate submissions from external partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for the fintech/payment/SaaS space is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and market mapping to identify suitable candidates and provide insights on the latest hiring trends to clients/stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the candidate experience and offer management process effectively.
