Job summary

Vistra in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate, Share Registry to join our team and support listing client activities, shareholder communications, and corporate actions, ensuring accurate register maintenance. • Provide advice on timing and logistics for corporate actions for listed clients.
• Support listed clients’ General Meetings in shareholder registration and vote counting.
• Carry out additional duties/projects as assigned.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling and communication with shareholders and Listco, around 50 Listco.
• Assist the team leader in providing top notch client service to companies listed in Hong Kong.
• Process shares registration related duties in maintaining the register of members of listed clients.
• Giving advice on timing and logistic arrangement for corporate action assignments for listed clients.
• Support listed client’s General Meetings held in Hong Kong in handling shareholders’ registration and vote counting.
• Carry out any other duties / projects that may from time to time to be assigned.

Key requirements:

• Holder of bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 1-3 years' work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail minded.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in securities industry is preferable but not essential.
