Job summary

WeLab is seeking an Associate Product Manager (Unsecured Lending) to join its fast-paced, agile team in Hong Kong. You will support the development and execution of lending initiatives, including product enhancements, pricing changes, and growth programs, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in banking or fintech, strong PM and analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business analytics or related field.
2+ years in banking/fintech/product management or project management.
Experience in personal lending or digital banking preferred.
Strong PM, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of lending product initiatives, including enhancements, pricing, credit policy changes, and growth programs.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve loan volume, profitability, and customer experience.
Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from requirements to post-launch review.
Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, BI, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and external stakeholders to drive execution.
Analyze portfolio and business data to generate insights and recommendations.
Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track key initiatives.
Explore AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to enhance performance and customer experience.
