Qualifications

• Degree holder with major in Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on product development experience in banking or financial industry.
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and to drive business growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and revamp of bank-wide loans product.
• Monitor and analyze data and trends to enhance product image and profitability.
• Analyze and optimize loans product workflow and system to improve customer experience and reduce operational risk.
• Integrate market analysis and business forecast to propose features and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize loans product and prepare proposals for new products or revamps.
• Review and report business status and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and plans.
