Job summary

WilliamSELECT is seeking a Head of HR to oversee the regional HR Business Partnering function across APAC, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational development, talent strategy, and business performance. The role leads a team to deliver strategic HR support across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals across multiple markets, preferably within APAC.
• Experience in luxuryr retail, fashion, premium retail, or other consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Good understanding of employment practices and HR regulations across different APAC markets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on individual with strong business acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
