Job description

Sheung Wan, Central and Western District

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in securities operations, with hands‑on experience in Hong Kong stock trading and settlement operations. Experience in China Connect‑related trading and settlement operations and IPO‑related back‑office operations would be preferred.

2. Familiarity with relevant trading, clearing and settlement systems, including CCASS, HKEX, CTM, DTCC, Fidessa, Middlex and Ayers etc..

3. Experience in client onboarding, KYC/CDD, account opening and related documentation and filing. Experience in handling operations for other financial products, such as bonds, notes and funds, is preferred.

4. Strong attention to detail and operational awareness, with the ability to identify potential issues, exceptions and follow‑up items proactively.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with Front Office, Compliance, Finance and other relevant functions.

6. Able to handle assigned operational processes independently and provide effective backup support across other operational functions when required.
