Job summary

Leading Insurance Company is seeking a senior leader to drive brokerage channel sales across Taiwan, Korea and Southeast Asia. You will formulate business strategies, build partnerships and lead a team to deliver growth and compliant, customer-focused outcomes.

You should have 12+ years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage, strong strategic planning and sales management, with excellent English and Chinese communication. Licensing via IA is preferred.

Qualifications

• University / College graduate with at least 12 years relevant experience in insurance brokerage.
• Solid experience in strategic planning for business development and sales leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in English and Chinese / Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategies, sales plans and initiatives aligned with team KPIs.
• Lead business development across Taiwan, Korea, and Southeast Asia; expand partnerships.
• Originating and driving sales plans; manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new ideas and lead brokerage channel sales platform enhancements for brokerage segment.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers of partners and expand broker network.
• Oversee overall sales management of the team’s account portfolio.
• Lead the team to deliver new initiatives and business directions; ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
