Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Chief Property Asset Manager / Senior Property Asset Manager to lead property and facility management across a diverse portfolio. You will integrate people, processes and assets to deliver quality services to clients and drive operational excellence.

The role requires over 10 years of managerial experience in large-scale residential complexes, strong leadership and bilingual communication (English and Chinese).

Qualifications

• Degree in Property/Housing Management or related field.
• 10+ years' managerial experience in large-scale residential complexes.
• Professional membership with HKIH, CIH, RPHM, RICS, HKIS, HKIFM, IFMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Integrate people, work processes and physical assets to deliver quality services.
• Oversee general property management and facility services including space operations, safety, and maintenance.
• Supervise staff and contractors across a portfolio of properties.
• Maintain customer service standards and stakeholder communication.
• Develop improvement plans and review contracts.
• Handle emergencies, inquiries and complaints.
• Act as bridge between Urban, owners representatives and owners.
• Perform ad hoc projects.
