Our client is a reputable developer with a lot of developments in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to look after its residential property.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across luxury residential properties, enforcing high service standards for repair and maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and overall tenant satisfaction.

Monitor and drive performance standards for external contractors and suppliers to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Prepare and manage operating budgets, track expenses, and optimize performance to align with company financial goals.

Liaise effectively with tenants, vendors, government bodies, and internal divisions (such as Leasing and to streamline property management and coordinate site visits.

Ensure strict adherence to statutory property management regulations while maintaining accurate operational, tenant, and financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
