Job summary

Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate/Analyst for the Client Experience & Business Efficiency Team. The role focuses on maintaining client-facing communications, updating content, and supporting initiatives to improve client satisfaction.

The position requires a diploma or degree, strong Cantonese/Mandarin/English language skills, and experience in client service enhancement or QA within finance.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or degree holder, equivalent or above.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Customer centric mindset with commitment to improve client experience.
• 3-year or above client service enhancement or quality assurance work experience in financial industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduate or less-seasoned candidate with appropriate mentality and capability will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client-facing communications including website page content and regular correspondences.
• Assist to implement enhancement measures to upgrade client satisfaction level.
• Review and revise the standard operating procedure of the Team in compliance with up-to-date policies and hotline standards to clients.
• Participate in client experience & business efficiency related system enhancement or development tasks, including providing thorough UAT inputs.
• Ad-hoc team duties as assigned.
