Job summary

Guotai Junan International is seeking a customer service/ communications professional to maintain client-facing content across web pages and correspondences, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will support initiatives to upgrade client experience, review SOPs for compliance with policies and hotline standards, and provide constructive UAT input for system enhancements.

Fresh graduates may apply; candidates with 3+ years in client service or QA in the financial sector are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or degree holder.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Customer centric mindset with commitment to improve client experience.
• 3-year or above client service enhancement or quality assurance work experience in financial industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduate or less-seasoned candidate with appropriate mentality and capability will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client-facing communications including but not limited to website page content and regular correspondences.
• Assist to implement the enhancement measures to upgrade client satisfaction level.
• Review and revise the standard operating procedure of the Team in compliance to the up-to-date compliance policies, guidelines and hotline standards to clients.
• Participate in client experience & business efficiency related system enhancement or development tasks including provision of thorough & constructive UAT inputs.
• Ad-hoc team duties as assigned.
