Job summary

Guotai Junan International is seeking an experienced equity portfolio manager to oversee Greater China and global equity strategies, aligning with investment mandates and fund objectives.

The successful candidate will conduct macro and bottom-up research, perform valuation and security analysis, and drive portfolio construction, rebalancing, and attribution. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to engage clients and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business
• CFA designation or progress towards CFA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equity investing and portfolio management
• Solid fundamental research, financial analysis, valuation, and portfolio construction capabilities
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and risk management principles
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equity investing and portfolio management, with a proven investment track record.

Solid fundamental research, financial analysis, valuation, and portfolio construction capabilities.

Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and risk management principles.

Strong communication, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team environment.

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
