Marsh in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned casualty placement professional to join our team. Based in Hong Kong, you will apply риск expertise to develop client-focused placement solutions and drive growth through strategic market engagement.

You will coordinate with underwriters, advise on market conditions, and support senior placement activities to ensure accurate binders and successful contract execution for key client accounts.

Formación

• Five years or more in insurance broking for P&C, casualty background preferred.
• Experience negotiating with underwriters for best terms.
• Strong knowledge of policies, contracts and facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develops placement solutions meeting client needs, using risk expertise.
• Implements placement strategy to drive growth and client service.
• Develops go-to-market strategy and supports pricing discussions.
• Coordinates submission of coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers.
• Binds coverage and ensures accuracy of placement binders.
• Maintains relationships with markets, clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Advises on market conditions and informs executives of major developments.
• Supports client retention and new business across accounts.
• Leads senior placement/technical support on assigned accounts, ensuring contract execution.
