Ocean Park Corporation in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Traffic Manager / Senior Traffic Supervisor to help run the Transportation Services Department. You will oversee parking facilities, shuttle services, and carpool operations, ensuring smooth, safe transport for guests and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and a valid HK driving license.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above.
• 6+ years operational experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong planning, budgeting, organizing, leading and controlling abilities.
• Independent, responsible, customer-oriented with good communication.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work outdoors, on shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must hold a valid HK Driving License (Class 1, 2 preferred).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Traffic Supervisor.

Assistant Traffic Manager / Senior Traffic Supervisor

Reporting to the Transportation Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting to manage the Transportation Services Department to provide dedicated and professional management of the department. He/She will address and handle all traffic related issues, training, organizing and supervising staff to operate the parking facilities, safety and manage car pool and shuttle services. Besides, he/she will oversee the future development of the shuttle services for both guests and staff of the Ocean Park Corporation and implement the contingency transportation plans in line with the Park’s Crisis Management Protocol.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• With at least 6 years’ operational experience which 3 years must be at supervisory level
• Good planning, budgeting, organizing, leading and controlling ability and supervisory skills
• Work independently, responsible, pleasant and customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willing to work outdoor, on shift, and during weekends and public holidays
• Possesses a valid HK Driving License no. 1, 2 is required
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Traffic Supervisor.
