Job summary

Bottega Veneta Hong Kong Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to report to the Store Manager in Hong Kong. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve business goals, support day-to-day operations, CRM activities, loss prevention, HR management and visual merchandising.

As a brand ambassador, you will motivate staff to excel, manage stock, monitor CRM tools, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 years solid experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion market practices.
• Presentable, energetic and with a drive to success.
• Excellent management and organizational skills; adaptable with strong results orientation.
• Strong analytical skills in budgeting and numerical sensitivity.
• Ability to coach and train staff in daily HR-related tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of local customers and the target market.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

We are currently seeking a Assistant Store Manager who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Your opportunity

Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business goals. Supports day-to-day running of the store, CRM activities, loss prevention, human resources management and visual merchandising presentation. Acts as a brand ambassador with consistently high standards to enhance sales and motivate store staff to excel.

How you will contribute

• Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target
• Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by category in line with company strategy

Who you are
