Job summary

TOD'S Hong Kong Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support premium customer experiences and drive store performance in Hong Kong. You will assist in sales management, operations, and people development while upholding TOD'S luxury standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in retail with leadership exposure, strong communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. This is a full-time on-site position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Maintain qualitative image of the store, including visual merchandising and environment.

• Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including handling customer complaints.
• Contribute to store events and programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database.
• Assist in preparing relevant reports to management.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager forTOD’S Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Assist teams in the selling process and store operations, and act as a role model;

Assist in store people management, including manpower arrangements, training and coaching; inspire and motivate team members to work as a team;

Maintain qualitative image of the store, including visual merchandising and environment etc.;

Ensure the CRM KPIs meet company standards, maintain the client portfolio and identify potential client development opportunities;

Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint;

Contribute to store events and programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database;

Assist in prepare relevant reports to the management.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 1 year ‘s management experience, preferably in luxury industry;

Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with good interpersonal and communication skills;

People-oriented supervisory skill, good at customer services and sales-oriented;

Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;

Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
