Job summary

TOD'S Group Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations for a luxury brand in Hong Kong. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure excellence in customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in retail with 1 year in management, solid English and Cantonese, and strong interpersonal skills to inspire the team and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive KPI performance.

We are currently seeking for an Assistant Store Manager TOD'S Group Hong Kong.

Responsibilitie

• sAssist in retail sales management and monitor store KPIs
• ;Assist teams in the selling process and store operations, and act as a role model
• ;Assist in store people management, including manpower arrangements, training and coaching; inspire and motivate team members to work as a team
• ;Maintain qualitative image of the store, including visual merchandising and environment etc.
• ;Ensure the CRM KPIs meet company standards, maintain the client portfolio and identify potential client development opportunities
• ;Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint
• ;Contribute to store events and programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database
