Job summary

TOD'S Hong Kong Ltd in Central, Hong Kong, invites high-caliber candidates to join our dynamic luxury retail team as a Sales Assistant.

You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and maintain visual displays per TOD'S standards. Immediate availability preferred; attractive remuneration and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail
• Pleasant, mature, service-oriented, and high fashion sense
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Senior level with more experience may be considered
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner
• Handle inquiries or complaints, and provide professional feedback to customers
• Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines
• Participate in stock management and store operations
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
