Job summary

Roger Vivier in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales targets and coach a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment. You will oversee store presentation, stock control, staff training and customer relationship management while promoting the brand with professional knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the store-in-charge.
• Meet and monitor sales targets, motivating the team to achieve goals.
• Evaluate, train and coach staff in line with policies and business strategy.
• Recruit new customers and maintain long-term relationships.

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join Roger Vivier in Hong Kong. The role involves daily operations & management role, team coordination and different project support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store-in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store
• Perform individual sales target as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target
• Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
• Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationship
• Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
• Maintain ahigh standard of store presentation and stock management
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level; preferably in luxury retail industry
• Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
• Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
• Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer literacy and Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
