Job summary

Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking a capable retail operations lead for Water World to drive sales targets and ensure outstanding guest service. The role requires managing daily operations, supervising staff, and supporting development of team members.

The incumbent will oversee shift work, outdoor duties, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering quality guest experiences in a dynamic theme park environment.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above.
• 3 years’ experience in retail or chain stores operations, with 2 years in supervisory role.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and POS System is required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Able to work outdoor and in shift duties during weekends and public holidays.
