Job summary

You will manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise a frontline team, and assist in talent development, with weekend and public holiday shifts required, outdoors. F.5 or above, 3+ years retail experience with 2 years in supervision, MS Office and POS literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above.
• 3+ years in retail or chain stores operations, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• MS Office and POS system literacy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Able to work outdoors and on weekends/public holidays.

Job description

Monthly Salary up to $20,500 (with incentive)

The incumbent will lead the retail operations of Water World to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent services to the Park's guests. He/She will also need to manage the daily operation, supervise the team and assist in talent development.

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• With at least 3 years’ experience in retail or chain stores operations, in which 2 years in a supervisory role
• Computer literacy in MS Office and POS System is required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Able to work outdoor and in shift duties during weekends and public holidays
