Job summary

The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Senior Accountant in Quarry Bay to lead a team of three accounting officers and to manage all finance aspects of F&B and Retail operations. You will oversee inventory, POS-SAP interface, and vendor settlements, while preparing monthly management reports and rolling forecasts for the Park.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance; CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' related working experience with exposure in Audit/F&B/Retail is a plus.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast.
• Assist in annual budgeting and year-end audit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications; knowledge of SAP advantageous.
• ERP implementation experience advantageous.
• Team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, analytical and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Reporting to Assistant Finance Manager, the incumbent will supervise a team of three accounting officers and will act as the main point of contact for F&B and Retail. S/he will be responsible for all finance area of F&B and Retail operations including inventory management, interface between POS and SAP, dealing with vendors for settlement etc. S/he will also help prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast for the Park. Besides, s/he will assist the Assistant Finance Manager in annual budgeting, year-end audit, and ERP implementation project. S/he will also assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
