Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Business Banking for a reputable bank in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering Wealth Management Solutions to Personal Clients, supporting the CRM team, and managing SME banking portfolios.

You will assist with BIAs/KYC, accompany senior relationship managers to meetings, and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients, offering corporate banking services. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Mandarin is a plus.

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a sales-driven Assistant Relationship Manager, responsible for providing Wealth Management Solutions to Personal Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Help with opening Business Integrated Accounts (BIAs) and completing other KYC (Know Your Customer) actions.
• Accompany senior CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to client meetings, where you'll assist with tasks such as document preparation and logistics management.
• Manage a specific portfolio of accounts in the SME Banking business segment.
• Grow the portfolio by identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire new clients, and by providing relevant corporate banking services to current customers.

Requirements:

• A degree holder ideally in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; With prior internship experience in the SME Banking business segment will be preferable
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and services
• Familiarity with general banking operations and an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
• Exposure to preparing credit proposals
• Have prior exposure to preparing credit proposals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency being a plus
