is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to develop cost planning and project budgeting, source and compare quotes, and support post-contract activities including variation valuation, cost estimation, subletting, time extension claims, cash flow monitoring, and final accounts. The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, at least 3 years of experience in fitting out, building or A&A projects, and strong numerical,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fitting out, building or A&A projects.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Accuracy in measurements and cost calculations.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost planning or project budgeting.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to check cost.
• Assist in post-contract activities including valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement.
• Perform ad-hoc work from Quantity Surveyor Manager.
