To be responsible for developing cost planning or project budgeting
Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to check cost
Assist in handling post-contract, including but not less than valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement
perform any ad-hoc work from Quantity Surveyor Manager
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experiences in fitting out, building or A&A projects
Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
Accuracy in measurements and cost calculations
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
