Job summary

TCG Construction Limited is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) to explore all aspects of project finance and QS functions within fitting out and A&A projects. The role includes post-contract quantity surveying duties and assisting the Project Finance Manager in cost analysis, procurement, and cost reporting.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying with 1–2 years' relevant experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost analysis, procurement, certifying payments and variations, final accounts and project cost reporting.
• Assist Project Finance Manager with cost analysis and cost control tasks.
• Handle daily operations such as payment applications and certifications, and subcontractors' payments.
• Attend project and site meetings as required.
• Liaise with other departments and external parties regarding project progress and contract.

Handle daily operations including payment applications & certifications, sub-contractors' payments;

Attend project meetings, site meetings when required;

Liaising and working closely with other departments and external parties in respect of the project progress and contract.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Quantity Surveying related discipline;

1 - 2 years' relevant working experience;

Professional work ethics and behavior;

Highly organized and ability to prioritize;

Adaptable, responsive, self-motivated, eager to learn;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
