Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to support budgeting, cost estimation and commercial management on projects. The role focuses on cost control throughout the project lifecycle in a dynamic construction environment.

Requirements include a degree or above in Quantity Surveying, strong English and Chinese communication, Mandarin preferred, and the ability to liaise with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assist in project budgeting, cost estimation and cash-flow monitoring.
• Support cost control and commercial management throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in the administration of main contracts and subcontracts.
• Handle valuations, variations, claims, procurement and cost reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
