S&techs is a full-spectrum main contractor serving clients across the Asia Pacific region. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong procurement mindset to manage cost plans, estimates, and supplier contracts on contractor building and fit-out projects.

You will prepare variation submissions, handle RFQs/RFPs, issue purchase orders, and maintain procurement data. Fluency in English and Chinese is important for communication across sites and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies.
• Minimum 1 year site QS experience on Contractor building / Fitting Out Projects.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment and assist in the settlement of final account.
• Subcontracts and suppliers contractual matters.
• Manage cost plans, cost estimation and cost control.
• Responsible for handling procurement requests for group companies in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Source purchase items and services, issue RFQ/RFP to suppliers, negotiate price and terms, prepare price analysis and make purchase recommendations.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders / Contracts to suppliers.
• Follow up purchasing order, sampling and order processing.
• Maintain and update purchasing documents and database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Description

• Prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment and assist in the settlement of final account

• Manage cost plans, cost estimation and cost control
• Responsible for handling procurement requests for group companies in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures
• Source purchase items and services, issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers, negotiate price and contractual terms, prepare price analysis and make purchase recommendations as well as liaise with user departments and suppliers
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders / Contracts to suppliers
• Follow up purchasing order, sampling and order processing
• Maintain and update purchasing documents and database
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Responsible, perseverant, able to work independently
