Job summary

WINXTER SCAFFOLDING WORKS COMPANY LIMITED invites an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to join our civil construction team in Hong Kong. You will assist in planning, cost control, and documentation, ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in civil/structural engineering, knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; bilingual Chinese and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Civil / Structural / Engineering is preferred
• Elementary / experience in AutoCAD / SketchUp is essential
• Major in Construction field will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Software: AutoCAD, Excel, Word
• Fluent Chinese and English Skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, risk assessment
• Manage project to assures the quality of deliverable are within budget and scheduled time line
• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
• Communicate with the project team and regular status update
• Manage performance of all contractors, consultants and external vendors
• To assist the design and drawings of temporary works for various construction projects
• To assist the research & development of new products
