Job summary

Intrafor in Hong Kong is hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support procurement, sub-contracts, and variation valuations. You will assist in payments, prepare sub-contracts and work orders, and help maintain variation registers under the QS department.

The role requires a higher diploma or above in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong Chinese and English communication and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of and preparation of Sub-contracts and Work Orders.
• Valuation and payment of Sub-contracts, work orders, and labour-only supply contracts.
• Assisting in payments application process to Main Contractor's / Clients on fixed-price, re-measurement, and target-cost type contracts.
• Submission of CIC/PCFB-related documents.
• Assisting in build-up for variation valuations and assist in maintenance of variation registers.
• Relevant ad-hoc activities related to the functioning of the QS departments
